SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Lava Lamp Covers and More, LLC . We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. We want you to be happy with your purchase and confident when ordering from us. Please review our shipping and return policy below.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (U.S.): 2-4 business days after processing.
International: 14-21 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays.
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to [list of countries or regions you serve]. I will update this once I know. I have a meeting with USPS this week.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (if applicable).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or final sale items, gift cards, and custom products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an update.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
